I am an all-round tourism professional with a diverse experience in tourism sales, marketing and operations. Throughout the past 15 years I have gained a broad knowledge of the industry while working in a travel agency, a destination marketing organization (DMO), an RV rental company, both inbound and outbound tour operators, and currently an expedition cruise line. Working at all of these companies has provided me with a broad knowledge base that allows me to see the bigger picture in an organization, and bring various teams and departments together to successfully provide guests with an unforgettable holiday experience.
Various projects, including: • Support the Americas business development team during travel trade and consumer events • Itinerary development for Alaska
Various roles, including: • Assistant Expedition Leader • Assistant Expedition Coordinator • (Lead) Activity Guide • Fire Team Leader • Polar Bear Guard • Safety Representative • Crew Welfare Committee Member • Host for media, travel trade, and other PR ship visits and fam tours
