Strategy, transformation, and post-merger integration as interim consultant. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: ▸ 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗯𝗯. Supported COO Benelux on a company-wide transformation program, requiring intensive program and stakeholder management. Jumped in to support initiatives that required execution power. ▸ 𝗨𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝗟. Led 2 work streams designing and launching the new Netherlands operating model (people, process, systems). Also, identified and implemented two separate business cases with high ROI.
Sustainability consultancy in partnership with Staatsbosbeheer. ▸ Delivered ESG implementation support for 𝗞𝗔𝗢 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘅. ▸ Donated portion of earnings to nature restoration via Staatsbosbeheer (State Forestry Department). Concluded to focus on NADA NADA.
Reported to Co-CEOs of a 300-FTE EdTech scale-up. Owned strategy planning, a post-merger integration, and operational excellence project. ▸ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲: OKR framework + QBRs + 2-day leadership offsite.
