Serve as General Manager, effectively operating as CEO with full P&L responsibility for ImPACT Applications, the market leader in neurocognitive assessments for concussion management. Led the company’s transformation from a pay-as-you-go sales structure to SaaS, driving the first year of billings growth (+16% YoY) since the post-COVID rebound. Reversed a multi-year decline while reducing total operating expenses and improving adjusted cash EBITDA by 27%. ImPACT Applications is a business within Riverside Insights, an Alpine Investors portfolio company.
Business acquired by True Search in 2023. Led cross-functional team responsible for building, selling, and operationalizing a suite of SaaS services that unbundles retained executive search, allowing clients to buy data enrichment, research, outreach, or a trimmed-down version of executive placement.
Joined as 9th employee, pre-Seed funding. Member of executive team. In business' first year, individually constructed, launched, and scaled three new departments (Operations, Customer Success, & Partnerships). In second year, rebuilt Marketing department as interim lead, driving 5x YoY member growth while decreasing member acquisition costs 72% Led internal business operations, including KPI management, Board reporting, go-to-market CRM implementation, and internal talent recruiting
Responsible for all operations and in-home services within Bungalow's portfolio of 900+ homes. Managed P&L equating to ~11% of business' total top line revenue. Built Property Operations department in August ‘19 by consolidating and scaling existing home service offerings, decreasing costs 30%. Increased contribution margin 6%, turning core revenue services profitable for the first time while simultaneously improving CSAT. Department consisted of 30+ FTEs, approximately one-fifth of the business’ total employee headcount.
Joined as 18th employee; seed stage. Managed Bungalow's east coast markets, overseeing business' supply, demand, and local ground operations. East coast YoY revenue increased 10x from mid-2018 through mid-2019. East coast markets: New York, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago & Philadelphia
Business acquired by Anheuser-Busch Inbev in 2018 for $80M and rebranded BEES. Opened WeissBeerger’s North American office; responsible for strategic growth and development of company's largest business unit, owning regional P&L and managing remote teams across U.S. & Canada.
Launched WeissBeerger's product in North America in General Manager capacity; independently built business from the ground up, partnering closely with Tel Aviv-based Product team and developing end-to-end local operations playbook (sales; operations; customer support) for eventual roll-out across US & Canada.
