Success With Honor - Penn States leading Name Image Likeness (NIL) sports collective representing all of Penn States 31 Varsity sports and 850+ student athletes. Success With Honor was founded on the premise of doing things the “Penn State Way” by Penn Staters for Penn Staters. By applying our shared Penn State values of team, commitment, and integrity, Success With Honor will help to develop the next generation of leaders and citizens from the student athletes on all varsity sports. The support of our Alumni, family, friends and fans will ensure that Name Image Likeness (NIL) is executed the right way, in a way that reflects who We Are. Success With Honor is committed to providing developmental opportunities for our student-athletes and, through our 501(c)3, positively impacting our partner charities and the women, children, and families they serve. Since our founding in 2022, athletes in all 31 sports have benefited from donations or contracts made through Success With Honor for use of their name, image or likeness. Success With Honor will transfer from an externally operated NIL collective to new and improved Success With Honor run internally by Penn State enthusiasts.
