Follow up of the different development programs at companies like ABO Belgium nv and Tubecom NV. Main goal of these programs was to increase the usability of hard to sell iron containing by-products from the steel industry as secondary raw materials via a number of techniques like briquetting, pelletizing, grinding, sieving, etc. Setting up tests at and with third party contractors, research institutes, potential customers, … to reach these goals.
Internal and external product training (worldwide) on patient immobilisation and positioning systems, installation and demonstrations on the use of these products on site, link between the customer and the product development department, setting up international trade shows, composing and keeping up-to-date of all technical data sheets, product documents, brochures,..., setting up distributor sales and product instruction meetings.
Composing and distributing technical advice internally and externally on the use of sealants and adhesives, translating the customer needs into objectives useable by the lab people and vice versa, setting up of application and benchmark tests, giving internal and external presentations, product training and customer complaint follow up for the sealant department.
Marketing and sales responsible for Scandinavia, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy, Greece and Israel for the Impact Modifier Division.
