As a leader in digital business transformation, Bob has over 30 years’ experience defining and delivering effective programs that result in exponential client business impact through improvements in growth, efficiency, and customer experience. In his role as Chief Delivery Officer for Publicis Sapient, Bob ensures that Publicis Sapient has the capabilities required to deliver for our clients, and that those capabilities are globally connected using leveraged product engineering methodologies and tools. He leads a global organization of over 18,000 people organized into our SPEED capability groups: Strategy, Product, Experience, Engineering and Data & AI. He is also responsible for the growth of our globally distributed delivery (GDD) centers in India, Central & Eastern Europe, and LatAm. Additionally, as part of his role on our global leadership team, Bob chairs initiatives focused on diversity & inclusion and delivery collaboration. In the brave pursuit of Next, Bob builds his teams with a people-first focus, providing the tools they need to be successful while encouraging inclusive collaboration, a learning mindset and partnering for client impact. His specialties include client engagement, leading through change, agile operating models, talent development, and delivering on client impact commitments. Residing in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three grown sons, Bob holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.B.A. from Auburn University.
