• Lead SAP MRO team for Go Live internationally • Conducted and organised testing and training activities pre Go Live • Liaised with super users and business leads to ensure up-to date communication was passed on • Conducted requirement gathering workshops onsite and facilitated harmonisation of processes • Achieved sign-off from business leads • Ensured data cleansing and conversion activity deadlines and targets were met by team • Liaised with international enterprise support team and ensured issues were resolved in timely manner • Supported Go Live activities for UK and France and addressed issues • Supported NAR (Non-Advocate review) for post Go Live issues that were not specific MRO issues • Organised additional support for main problem areas in aftermarket post Go Live
• Control and expedite sub-contract repairs of units ensuring they are processed and returned to support customer requirements and OTIF. • Expedite parts required for kitting at sub-contract and support MRO logistics as required • Review and monitor Aftermarket stock through weekly reviews with module owners and tracked on individual stock maps where issues and actions are discussed • Ensure module owners run weekly meetings such as Aged WIP and disposals to support Aftermarket stock management process. • Support one-off projects such as stock transfering and provisioning from OE into Aftermarket. Source and purchase parts for projects, dealing with issues such as ECR’s, alternative parts, obsolete parts and suppliers etc. • Xelus (Planning System) Champion – Assist and resolve issues for users and interface with IT shared services Produce KPI’s for monthly management review and weekly team meetings
• Responsible for the maintenance & development of production planning control systems. • Ensure Engineering BOM’s are maintained & part master data & MRP parameters are accurate. • Scheduling & raising works orders & purchase orders via daily MRP routines • Placing, scheduling and expediting purchase orders on suppliers. Approximate spend £1m per annum
• To develop a supply chain capability specific to low volume spares supply. • To play an integral role in the spares team to build relationships with suppliers, understand their business and to drive out waste and lead-time. • To purchase, monitor, expedite and report suggested orders for the Spares Business. Approximate spend £2m per annum • To process sub-contract orders and material purchase. • The proactive analysis of risk parts and suppliers leading to earlier order placement and lead time negotiation
