Site Manager for GoBoat Canary Wharf - Designating duties to staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the location day-to-day. Handling bookings and sales at the front of house, delivering safety briefings to customers, performing maintenance on our Torqeedo electric engines (as well as our petrol rescue boats), dealing with customer/stakeholder issues and complaints both online and in-person. Encouraging new sales, filing safety/incident reports, performing stock checks, relaying issues to upper management.
Superyacht Crew Training programme, covering maritime and safety training, deckhand training, diesel engine maintenance, as well as general training in powerboat operation up to Tender Operator, and PWC training etc.
Working with young children at afterschool/holiday science clubs. Helping to keep children entertained and safe whilst engaging in experiments, and allowing them to develop their interest in science.. Involved safeguarding children, preparing science experiments and assisting with admin work.
Sorting through and checking donated items, tagging, pricing and displaying items in the shopfront.
Three years as a Royal Air Force Cadet. Understanding of military duties, trained in handling L-98 rifle, temporarily piloted planes. Helped to develop my discipline, military knowledge and expanded my horizons in multiple avenues.
