Manages, mentors and reports to leadership team and company employees, regularly and consistently. Positions and directs performance of Logistics, Transport, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, Fleet Maintenance and Plant & Machinery Hire Divisions, and management components. Monitors industry, regulatory, competitive and international influencers of operational and future-looking productivity | Provides agile strategy response, monitors and manages implementation. Assumes ultimate accountability for financial direction, performance and reporting. Leads human capital and community development, company culture and industry representation.
