I have had the privilege of working in esteemed 5-star hotels around the globe, including the iconic Burj Al Arab, The Dorchester, The Shangri-La Hotel, and the Fullerton Hotel Sydney. Currently, I am proud to contribute my skills to the Food and Beverage teams at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. My approach is defined by adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
