About

With a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and over a decade of experience in the construction industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective to complex projects. My background spans field operations, project management, preconstruction, estimating, and building consulting, allowing me to approach challenges from both operational and strategic viewpoints while focusing on practical, data-driven solutions. I began my career with Sundt Construction, where I held roles including Lead Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Scheduler, Procurement Manager, and Assistant Project Manager on large-scale commercial, industrial, and heavy civil projects. Through these experiences, I developed expertise in construction planning, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project execution on projects valued in excess of $450 million. Over the following four years, I served as a Senior Building Consultant, providing estimating, valuation, and consulting services for complex property losses involving fire, water, storm, and builder's risk claims. Working closely with owners, contractors, insurers, attorneys, and restoration professionals broadened my perspective and strengthened my expertise in cost analysis, risk assessment, damage evaluation, and dispute resolution. Today, as a Lead Estimator with Sundt Construction's Advanced Facilities Group, I leverage a unique combination of construction operations, project management, consulting, and estimating experience to support successful project delivery from concept through construction. My goal is to help project teams make informed decisions, manage risk effectively, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
