As a Logistics Supplier Manager (LSM) I am responsible for the logistical performance of multiple SAT suppliers within the Packaging & Tooling (P&T) cluster within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) at ASML. My main scope is focused on the packaging landscape with as goal to secure all machine shipments to our worldwide customer base on time.
As a Jr. Logistics Supplier Manager (LSM) I am responsible for the logistical performance of all non-SAT suppliers within the Frames, Actuators and Sheet Metal (FA&S) cluster within Operational Supplier Management (OSM, part of Sourcing & Supply Chain) at ASML.

My main tasks and responsibilities at IBS Precision Engineering included: • Mapping of customer needs for the EU-market • Create quotations and do follow-up for prospects and customers in the EU-market • Processing of purchase orders placed by former prospects and existing customers • Responsible for purchasing items at the US suppliers • Monitoring the progress of projects based on purchasing and logistical input from US suppliers and meet project deadlines • Checking and processing of sales invoices • I worked with Exact Synergy software.
As a Logistics Engineer I was part of account team Aerospace & Defense within the division Precision Components. The Logistics Engineers main goal is to manage, coordinate and to successfully perform customer cases and questions in the area of logistics. While achieving this the Logistics Engineer is often cooperating with the other members of the QLTC (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Costs) team. My main tasks and responsibilities at KMWE included: • Implementing and operational processing of customer orders and set priorities within the account team. • Managing, coordinating and successfully perform customer cases and questions in the area of Logistics. • Monitoring delivery times to discover possible logistical conflicts. In case of conflicts this has to be escalated in an early stage to initiate solutions together with the internal organization. • Process and monitor corrective actions to realize logistical appointments which have been made with the customer. • Inform the customer in an early stage if earlier confirmations/corrective actions can’t be met and search for the best solution with the customer and the internal organization. • Provide the necessary logistical information to the internal stakeholders. • Process and maintain the logistical key performance indicators (KPI’s), like for example CLIP (Confirmed Line Item Performance) and RLIP (Requested Line Item Performance) performance and review these on quarterly base together with the customer using the supplier profile. • Responsible for filling the logistical parameters in the ERP-system. • Implementing changes within the factory planning according to reschedule requests of the customer (also using customers forecast and supplier portals in which customer communicate these reschedule requests). • Participate in project teams for new product introductions (NPI). • Plan and coordinate the material flow with SCM and Production Planning. • I worked with Glovia G2 ERP.
