About

I consider myself an engaged guy with a passion for clever new solutions and have a spirit of always wanting to go forward. I have a mechanical engineering degree from Chalmers and has experience from multiple product development projects in different industries. Areas where I excel has been within concept development, product design, problem solving, and being the person of contact for mechanical matters in a project. Questioning desires and designing suggestions for the products true purpose has several times proved useful. I have an interest and mind for entrepreneurship, economics and strategy. On a more detailed level I have experience from several CAD, analysis and PLM softwares. I have a lot of experience doing manual work which give a good understanding of mechanical function and I can envision a solution. I have been doing well both being thrown in late in a project and when starting from scratch. Adapting to new environments is nothing new. I am driven by seeing that my work makes a positive difference, and by being involved in driving the company forward. I enjoy group work and can both take the initiative to lead and follow. I want to work in and contribute to an environment that inspires progress and excellence.

As a part of the VESC programme I worked during the summer at the Solidity department, division Perceived Quality within Squeak & Rattle. Here I worked with an industrial PhD candidate in finding an eventual relationship between design robustness and squeak & rattle noise. I also did my master’s thesis at Volvo Cars, developed a Squeak & Rattle specific load case for CAE simulations. This meant a lot of physical testing and verification as well as keeping a tight development plan.
