Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 🔹Front-End Integration: Established a direct connection with a Telegram Bot to monitor and capture inbound customer support messages instantly. 🔹AI Sentiment Analysis: Deployed AI Toolkit modules to analyze the sentiment of every incoming text message in real-time (e.g., positive, negative, neutral). 🔹Intelligent Routing & Triage: Engineered a complex Router module to direct the workflow based on sentiment and content: 🔹Critical/Negative: Immediately routes an Email alert to a Team Member for human intervention (fast escalation). 🔹Standard/Positive: Routes an automated, AI-generated Text Response/Reply via the Telegram Bot (instant resolution). 🔹System Optimization: Used AI modules not only for sentiment but also for extracting key entities or generating appropriate automated replies.
