I’m deeply passionate about helping people live healthier, easier, and more mindful lives — starting with what we eat and how we care for children. My work sits at the intersection of child development and practical innovation. Through my studies in Child Studies, I explore how trauma, emotions, and early experiences shape children’s growth and learning. At the same time, I’m building The Gourmet (pre-Prepped Veggies) — a venture focused on making healthy cooking easier for busy Ghanaian households through ready-to-cook vegetable packs like our Stew Base and Fried Rice Mix. For me, impact comes in many forms — a child learning to heal, or a parent finally having more time to rest because dinner is half-ready.
