Contract requires daily management of: sourcing, procurement and inventory management of all government furnished and company owned aircraft parts, repair cycle management, vendor management and ground support equipment maintenance. • Created a centralized distribution concept combined with a lean, just in time pull system reducing capital investment in parts inventory by over $7 million dollars and reducing labor costs by over $600k per year.
