Workstream is a Series B company backed by Founders Fund, Bond, Coatue, CRV, and more. I reported directly to the CEO and CSO. Led 0→1 growth initiatives spanning new logo and in product, i also led all organic across all of our different social channels including the founders and key execs, while doing whatever was needed by the CEO day to day.
Tramona was a two-sided short-term-rental marketplace built to reduce vacancy rates and monetize unsold nights. We applied the original Priceline “name-your-own-price” model to make the market more efficient. We scaled to 25K+ travelers, 30K+ listings, and $300K+ in bookings, and as CEO i did product design, engineering, growth, sales, partnerships, and hiring, growing the organization to 12 people. We were advised by founders and CEOs of multi-billion-dollar companies, and built many hacky growth loops to acquire the supply side of the market place and primary used organic social to acquire the demand side.
