Blair Delzoppo is EY Regional Chief AI Officer for Oceania. He leads EY’s artificial intelligence agenda across Oceania, working with boards and executive leadership teams to help organisations adopt AI responsibly, securely and at enterprise scale. With more than twenty years’ experience across data, analytics and emerging technology, Blair has worked with organisations across financial services, insurance, wealth and asset management, telecommunications, utilities, retail and government in Australia, Asia‑Pacific, the UK and Europe. His background spans strategy development, advanced analytics and AI, and the design and delivery of large, complex transformation programs. In his current role, Blair focuses on helping organisations move beyond experimentation to trusted, scalable AI adoption. This includes shaping practical AI strategies, embedding AI into operating models and ensuring governance, risk and trust are addressed from the outset. Blair has a particular interest in how AI and agentic technologies can be applied to solve real business problems, improve decision‑making and deliver sustainable value for organisations, their people and their customers.
