Digital Evidence & Expert Witness for Legal Matters | Ex-Detective | Founder @ Conseek

About

I help lawyers, corporates, and private clients get digital evidence, understand what it means, and present it clearly in court-ready form. At Conseek, we collect and preserve data from phones, computers, accounts, websites, logs and other digital sources. We review what the material shows, explain what it means, and prepare court-ready reports or expert evidence when needed. My background is in fraud, cybercrime and digital evidence investigations. Before founding Conseek, I spent a decade in law enforcement and was a senior detective at the Sydney City Detectives, where I led matters from first complaint through to court. Digital evidence is rarely just "data from a device". In a legal matter, it may need to be collected properly, interpreted carefully, and explained in a way solicitors, counsel, clients and courts can understand. That is the work we do at Conseek. We help with three core things: 1️⃣ Collect the evidence We forensically acquire and preserve digital material from phones, computers, watches, accounts, websites, IP data, server logs and other electronic sources where lawfully available. 2️⃣ Understand the evidence We review digital material collected by us or provided by others, including police briefs, phone extractions, screenshots, messages, metadata, logs, third-party reports and existing evidence sets. 3️⃣ Explain the evidence We prepare written advice, expert reports, certificates, affidavit material and other evidence where needed. We can also attend court in person or virtually to explain digital issues in plain English. If you have a current or upcoming matter where digital evidence may affect the outcome, you can message me or contact Conseek for a free 15-minute digital evidence triage.

Conseek helps legal teams, organisations and private clients collect, preserve and explain digital evidence for legal matters. We assist with forensic acquisition of phones, computers, accounts and other digital sources, including messages, emails, files, metadata, cloud material and device activity. Our work covers digital evidence extraction, interpretation, expert reports, certificates, conferences with legal teams, and court attendance where required. If a matter involves phone data, computer evidence, emails, messages, account records or other digital material, Conseek can help work out what can be collected, what it means, and how it should be presented.
