About

I have had the privilege of wearing many hats. I have worn a coaches cap, an industrial hard hat, and a firefighter's helmet. Though many people wouldn't see the coorelation between all of these roles, they all have one major thing in common; leadership. To be successful in any role, you must have a sense of leadership to keep your team accountable and on track. I have worked for the United States Military as a data collector and security escort for the Missile Defense in Alaska. I was also an Alaskan Wildland Firefighter. During those positions, my passion was always fitness. I loved the rush of helping people become the best versions of themselves, and I found myself easily invested. I gave up my high pay for an entry level position with MWR on Fort Greely as a Recreational Assistant. There, I took over as the sports director, and I also wore many many hats. Working there was when I discovered the joy I received from training. My boss looked at me and told me to "get out of here." He said my career would be limited and he would support me in finding a job outside of Alaska to explore my true growth. From there, I moved to Washington and became one heck of a salesamen and personal trainer with Anytime Fitness. I took on the general manager roles and responsibilities, and I soon found myself running the place. I would say my greatest skill and achievement was member retention, and successfully helping my clients achieve their results. I was an around-the-clock coach. Call me, day or night. And they did. After some time, I found myself in the heart of Austin, Texas. Currently, I am providing clients with that same "around-the-clock" coaching, as well as working with the F45 Training team. This position has allowed me to tap into skills I never realized I had. I have gotten my hands dirty with logistics and I planned our most successful event to date to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community- a community I belong to. I am extremely passionate about any job I do, and the people who become involved. I love a good challenge, and there is no doubt that I know the ins-and-outs of the fitness indutry, the sales that go along with that, what it takes to create a strong team to be successful, and how to lead that team.
