Responsible for coordinating the Lean programs across the group and build organisational learning to improve productivity and strenghten competitiveness. Responsible for establishing a Lean program in the Wafer division. Member of Wafer division leadship team
Established a group wide production improvement program. Initiated and supported 4 Lean pilots in Holland, France, Germany and Denmark and trained procution improvement coaches in 35 sites accross 25 countries. Member of Packaging division leadership team.
