As an executive coach and facilitator I like to support people in finding their purpose and to facilitate leaders on their path to find their own leadership within. I believe that true leadership starts with owning one's experiences and feelings, so that you can share them, so that other people can open up. While living in the jungle I have experienced that nature supports me in owning my own experiences and feelings. In nature I (re-) connect to who I truly am and what I stand for. Those years in the jungle made me realise that true leadership comes from within and is in all of us. I take that realisation with me when facilitating leaders, teams and organisations to their next step of growth.

At the same time, we support Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across Europe, in optimising Human Capital — not just within their portfolio companies, but also within their own organisations.
