As Head of Omnichannel, I am responsible for the performance, quality, and scalability of our optician partner network across all current and future omnichannel-countries and brands: - Belgium: LensOnline - The Netherlands: LensOnline - Italy: 1000Lenti - Switzerland: LensVision Ensuring partners are enabled, activated, and aligned with group standards so that marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and our omnichannel brand promises are executed effectively at the point of sale. As Head of Omnichannel I own and guard the commercial performance of the optician channel, develop and shape the network in terms of scale, coverage, and strategic density, and ensure campaigns are fully executable at optician level. Leading optician enablement end-to-end, including the LensOnline & LensVision Academy, coaching and challenging the Country Managers, and act as the internal advocate for partner opticians by translating their needs and realities into clear guidance for Marketing, Product, and central teams.
As Country Manager Benelux I am responsible for two strong Omnichannel brands: LensOnline.be & LensOnline.nl, with more than 175 partner-opticians. The Country Manager is responsible for expanding the network and coaching, leading and challenging the opticians and the sales teams. The omnichannel-team consists of strong retail accountmanagers, sales managers and the Partner Helpdesk. Next to this task, the Country Manager is also responsible for the local office, ensuring the local staff has a direct go-to-person
