I'm Bjorn Fenwick, and I'm currently looking to pivot my career into a sales position. I offer nearly 2 years experience in the insurance sector working as a billing specialist where I was consistently a top performer in customer satisfaction. I hold a BA in Education from the University of Idaho, and have international experience as well having worked in China for a number of years teaching English as a second language. Remote call center work, promoted to Billing Specialist within 3 months of hire. At Right Stone, I worked a contract role for a major insurance company located out of Liberty Lake, WA. My duties included: -Utilized excellent customer service skills (including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy) to answer inbound customer calls and help insurance clients with their billing needs. -Worked in a call center, often answering 100+ inbound calls in a single day. -Accurately reviewed billing and financial information with customers, and recording necessary information. -Capture payment information in proprietary billing systems. -Customer base included consumers, and banks. -Explain to customers their billing information. -Routinely met/exceeded performance metrics, and sales leads requirements.
