Apparently, a solid LinkedIn profile is the final requirement before they hand me my degree, so here I am. I’m currently finishing my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary, one spring term away from graduating. It’s been less of a straight line and more of a constant balancing act; I’ve been working since I was 14, and throughout university I’ve kept that going, sometimes full-time alongside classes, always figuring out how to make both work. Before all of that, I spent my early years moving and by the time I reached adulthood, I had lived in 11 different countries. It meant adapting quickly, picking up on how people communicate, and learning how to find my footing in unfamiliar environments without needing much time to settle in. Along the way, I’ve also taken on freelance work in content writing, photography, and tourism content developmentprojects that required both creativity and personal commitment. At this point, I feel ready to start my professional career and bring together my experience and education to support structured, reliable, and people-focused processes.
