🚀 As a Talent Programs Coordinator, I support the team in its mission to help our people do the best work of their lives. In my current role at Netflix, I coordinate and manage daily operations and activities supporting Talent Management and Inclusion team efforts. This ranges from onsite support to key programs/projects to tracking data & metrics, and identifying key opportunities for improvements.
