The company's main business area is development of management software for plant growers. Second business area, sales and installation of gps-based precision solutions on vehicles and implements for plant growers, was separated and divested in 2015. The extension is for software products made through the establishment of a subsidiary with sales and service in Poland and a distributor for sales and service in Latvia and Lithuania. The development of software products has moved in the direction of development for mobile devices with a focus on availability of functions and data regardless of location, as well as to countries adapt solutions (SAAS-solutions).
Positioned in the merged subsidiaries of SEAS-NVE amba, now andel, Denmark’s leading energy and fibre-optic group. Managed the internal merger of the power supply companies in NVE and SEAS in 2004. The merger was between SEAS Stømmens Elforsyning A/S, NVE Energi A/S and Nordvest Forsyning A/S. Served as general manager of the company with activities like: Implementation of board meetings, purchases and sales of electricity to customers, development of advisory consultancy regarding energy efficiency, marketing, customer billing, interim and annual economic reports, and product development. The annual turnover was about 1.2 billion. DKK. and employed around 80 people in the company. Here of 18 people in direct relation. Since spring 2006 worked with business development of the company, in order to include energy consultancy activities, and thereby utilizing synergies in the sales and consultancy product portfolios. The development of energy consultancy activities resulted in further product development and adaptation of new product areas, including the development of a new concept where financial decision makers in private and public companies would be the new target groups. In 2007 conducted internal sales development with a focus on creating “The selling organization”. Development of employees and organization to benefit and utilize existing qualifications for further development of the business along with the decided strategy. Member in a number of committees in Danish Energy association. Particular with focus on energy efficiency, energy markets end liberalisation of market for electricity.
SEAS Strømmens Elforsyning A/S was a local electricity trading company (Now merged with NVE into SEAS-NVE) distributing and selling electricity. Positioned in the power trading company with responsibility for the company's operations and sale of products. Through this company, all customer management, marketing, electricity sales and electricity purchases took place. A total turnover of 270 million. DKK. The company had a total staff of about 40 people, with own customer management manager. Preparation and implementation of board meetings.
Establishing a distribution secretariat focussing on grid maintenance in a profit/cost centre structure. Including responsibility for regulatory framework regulating of the grid company.
