Experience: 1) 38.5 years’ experience in sales/revenue accounting of airlines product (ticket + ancillaries + subsidiaries) including 19.5 years’ of substantial experience in Card/APM processing and payment solutions with a World’s 5-star airline having global network. 2) Trained from IATA on Passenger Fares and Ticketing, Passenger Proration, Card Payment, and Fraud Prevention. Expertise in: 1) Payment solutions (Card/APM and orchestration) for all the sales channels (direct and indirect including digital and trade partners) for an airline. 2) Card/APM processing, collection, reconciliation and accounting (sales accounting and revenue accounting). 3) Refund pay-out. 4) Business analysis and cost optimization – transaction/process review, identification of gaps, and optimization for cost reduction and/or revenue increase. 5) Fraud prevention – rules designing, transaction screening and decision making. 6) PCI DSS compliance strategy. Scoping-in, COC, AOC, and ROC review. 7) Resource Person (airline fares, ticketing and proration, travel & tourism, airline management) with substantial experience of 10+ years of syllabus designing, lecturing, and examining on airline and travel/tourism subjects for university students (specially the airline operation area under the program of Bachelor of Travel & Tourism Management – BTTM).
