I was born in 1991 in Istanbul, Turkey. I have over 10 years of experience in the publishing industry, having worked as a field sales representative, customer service representative, and bookstore manager. I have also actively supported the organization of several book fairs throughout my career. From 2019 onward, I worked as a bookstore manager at Tudem Publishing House. In August 2023, I joined Apple as a Specialist. Between January and April 2024, I took on a 4-month assignment in the Business Support role, contributing to the corporate customer journey. I’m currently continuing my role at Apple as a Specialist. I’m an outgoing person who enjoys helping others and learning something new every day. I’m highly motivated in customer-focused environments and value teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
