      2023 - piloted a variety of volunteer mobilization models to optimize outreach strategies ahead of the 2024 presidential election. Including spontaneous deployment for special elections, extended stays for canvassing lasting weeks, and new training for Team Leads sensitive to working in interracial-multigenerational teams. 2024 - lead and launched a scalable volunteer system that successfully deployed 1,800 volunteers, resulting in 180,000 doors knocked. Special focus on creating pipelines that recruited volunteers who are students, BIPOC, Gen Z or Millennials and eventually developing them into leadership positions.
