Working with top talents in Siemens Technology to help Chinese customers on their digitalization journey especially focusing on Cloud Platform, IT/OT integration, SaaS service, knowledge graph, low carbon etc... for Building/Campus customers as well as industry customers.
Build up new team(10+ team members cross 6 time zones, support 5 product lines) as part of digital operations to manage the release pipeline of IoT/cloud solutions and mobile apps by closely collaborating with development team and fully deploying SRE practices, operate these solutions and apps in secure and reliable manner, and manage end to end experience for customers .
Work with Engineering directors to set up the project team with about 90 members in Sydney, Beijing and Bangalore; Lead engineering team to deliver Cloud/SAAS offering via Agile development with frequent and small releases consistently. Collaborate with Marketing Directors to define IoT solutions for Connected Building domain including new sensors for data collection, data connectivity, data analytics, data insights visualisation and new services Own the technical solutions/strategy, roadmap as lead of technology team Ensure that portfolio management practices are followed in alignment with SBU STRAP and guidance by working with the LOB Leader Coordinate various ongoing work streams and ensure necessary synchronization between development streams Governance with Release Train team for direction and key decision making and responsible for program results of quality, speed and cost to meet customer needs Co-ordinate multi-SBU needs as product owner to define the backlogs and priority for IoT platform development Provide SBU critical input, core organizational planning activities, including Strategic Planning, technology roadmaps and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)" Engages with program managers to identify root causes for deviations and improves the MOS and brings in systemic changes to prevent deviations Work with global Service Operation Leaders to drive digital transformation Green Belt certified
