Profiles such as Engineering/Technology, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Services, EHS, Product/Project Management among others. - Conduct job launch meeting with Hiring Manager/Human Resources Manager to collect required information for screening, set process & communication expectations. - Sourcing, phone screening, candidate assessment, candidate tracking and status updates, write interview feedback and initiate on-boarding process; - Coordinate recruiting process for multi-country postings. - Schedule and manage interview meetings. - Create attractive & compliant external job postings. - Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing Initiatives (social media presence, creation of job fair & workshop material, write internal newsletters, create content for GE Career page ...)
Recruitment of Helpdesk / Service Desk profiles (Tier I, II and III) with technical and multi-language requirements (German, Hungarian, Chinese, Portuguese…); - Proactive search of candidates (LinkedIn, database, cold calling) and curricular screening; - Phone, face to face interviews and language level assessment; - Active collaboration with the Marketing team (brand positioning, social media postings, job descriptions, career events, candidate experience).
