I am currently serving as a Key Account Manager with Chem-Aqua, a Solenis Company. I have over a decade of sales and service experience working with boilers, cooling towers, reverse osmosis, and wastewater applications in a variety of industrial and municipal facilities across the country. I excel in building relationships, creating innovative solutions to solve customer’s problems, and ensuring optimized performance while reducing total cost of operation. I have a strong history of exceeding my sales targets. Some projects that I have completed included writing training documents to train new sales team members, creating a certified apprenticeship program to train and develop new employees, and mentoring fellow team members to help them grow in their careers. I enjoy helping others pursue growth in their own careers so that we can all contribute to the success and prosperity of the organization. I am continuing to pursue growth in my career by strengthening my sales, technical, and business acumen daily to become a better leader so that I can contribute to driving growth in every aspect of the business. I currently reside in Gaffney, SC. I have been married to my beautiful wife Michelle for ten years. We have a 6 year old daughter (Brynn) and 1 year old daughter (Ellie Kate). I enjoy the outdoors, being active in my church, spending time with my family, and volunteering in my community.

Due to my work ethic, technical acumen, and the relationships that I had built with many customers, I was given the opportunity to move into a sales role with SUEZ. My day-to-day tasks included service visits where I would perform on-site testing, troubleshooting, and equipment installation for many different types of chemical feed systems. I was tasked with improving customer relationships, inventory management, and improving reporting in all of my accounts. My service load eventually grew to around 70 sites and approximately $1 milliion in business. While serving as a Service Technician, I completed Kroff University, which was our company’s training program for new representatives that included training for boiler, cooling tower, and wastewater applications. I assisted with transitioning into many new accounts including hospital systems, school districts, and light industrial customers. My role at Kroff taught me the importance of building relationships to ensure customer retention. I left Kroff Chemical to pursue a career with SUEZ that allowed me more opportunities for training, personal growth, and allowed me less travel to be closer to home and spend more time with my family.

I put processes in place to streamline our inventory management and allow quicker turnround for customer orders. I also improved our ordering and billing processes. In this role, I was about to work with our warehouse to reduce shipping costs while improving our inventory turns. I was also able to work on projects that allowed us to increase our margins in all product lines. I was also able to increase our sales in several areas, including tool refurbishment, tool resharpening, and new product lines that we implemented. I left my role as Custom Solutions Specialist at CMT to pursue a career in water treatment that allowed me more opportunities for advancement and career growth.
