Organizing, scheduling and mobilizing field service personnel to job sites both domestic and international. Managing up to 7 Field Technicians and Engineers to perform service jobs and direct contractors globally. Managing commissioning and startup jobs and ensuring proper support for the on site personnel to successfully complete the project to the customer’s satisfaction. Itemizing and invoicing completed service jobs. Provide training and support to all team members in the field. Ensure all required employee and contractor certifications are current . Keep employees up to date on company and safety policies. Travel to the field for additional support. Perform employee reviews. Approve employee time for payroll. Support customer's via phone to assist in troubleshooting and repair of equipment remotely. Purchase and ship parts to customers as necessary. Screen, Interview and hire new field service employees. Provide customers with 24/7 phone support.
Travel the world servicing and commissioning equipment built at our facility in Tyler Texas. Trouble shoot PLC, electrical and mechanical problems and rectify in a timely manner. Tune controllers and ensure the health of heaters and any related equipment. Order replacement or spare parts for customers according to contract guidlines. Analyse and ensure contracts are complied with by both customers and vendors. Inspect installations for any quality issues that may cause undesirable operation or reduction of lifespan of equipment. Train site personell in the proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Developed many maintenance and startup of procedures tailored to the equipment being installed. Commissioned new equipment in the field to ensure safe, proper operation. Worked to maintain good customer relations to ensure repeat business and a good report leading to future sales.
Performed electrical maintenance for the lumber mill. • Trouble shoot motor drives, instrumentation and PLC issues • Create Ladder Logic for various operations within the plant. • Order replacement parts for malfunctioning equipment. • Relocated planer motor control center to a new indoor facility.
Performed pre-outage duties such as temporary power and lighting at Tenaska Energies. Performed maintenance on cooling towers, turbines and generator field coils. Worked on contract maintenance crew at Delek Refinery in Tyler Tx. Duties included trouble-shooting control malfuntions, disconnecting and installing motor feeds, installing and maintaining various instuments. New electrical construction. Calibrated various temperature, pressure, chemical composition, flow and gas chromatigraph instruments. Diagnosed failures within these systems of instruments. Routed and installed stainless tubing for instrumentation and valve actuation. Was the primary metal fabricater for a multitude of brackets for conduit and stainless steel tubing. Worked on a three man crew building ground up salt water disposal systems for Devon Energy including new Schlumberger pump motor variable frequency drive cabinets. Installed remote monitoring system for these saltwater sites. Working with same crew installing gas detection and flame sensor fire protection systems for Exxon gas compression stations in Cushing Tx . Installed power and controls for Wakesha natural gas compressor pump skids at Exxon Trawick and Trawick West gas compressor stations. Installed conduit to relocate natural gas condensers to make room for new compressor skid. Rebuilt pnuematic and Rotork valve operating devices Obtained certification from Rotork for the calibration, installation and service for Rotork valve actuators. Designed, fabricated and installed PLC panels for Enbridge Process at numerous facilities in East Texas. Installed electrical and instrumentation for many Enbridge projects. Assisted in the start up of new systems including troubleshooting and instrument setup and integration.
Completed specialized training at the Karchaer Futuretech facilities in Stuttgart Germany on the WBP700. • Have developed an expert knowledge concerning the mechanical, electrical and automated processes involved with the machinery. • Perform daily preventative checks on bottling equipment as well as power generation and support machinery. • Operate the bottling equipment to full capacity. • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently and in a timely manner and do so with little or no supervision. • I use knowledge learned in related fields to grasp a proficient understanding of all equipment under my responsibility.
