New role providing dedicated P&C support to the European Regional Experis team, focusing on providing support to Experis Europe on key people practices, as well as building out P&C capabilities in the TOM and providing change management support. Act as the main HR contact for the VP Head of Experis Europe and his senior leadership team Participate in the P&C Strategy of the related areas Provide support on key people processes including, creating job profiles, hiring, tailoring onboarding programs, performance, bonus schemes/scorecards, employment issues, terminations etc. Provide coaching and guidance to Regional Experis leaders to ensure they follow key P&C processes to support their employees (performance, succession, development, employment issues, terminations) Partner with European Regional and Country P&C Leaders to ensure P&C processes are carried out for Experis employees Work on initiatives to increase employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction. Create Success Profiles and Career Paths to support development of employees Drive succession and leadership pipeline for Experis critical roles, partnering with Regional P&C Leaders Support the CIS performance process and provide guidance to leaders on their employee reviews. Projects include : Implementing the new national collective agreement (Convention Collective National de la Métallurgie 2024) for clients in the Metallurgical sector. This classification project involving over 2,000 employees and over 450 job descriptions reduced and rewritten into 250 standard jobs descriptions, quoting/weighting the 250 jobs, tracking the migration and harmonisation of the new jobs from the old, and communication plans for employees and social partners (IRP).
