Responsible for strategic planning and development of all Speakman products. Closely work with both customers and suppliers to create high quality high performance products. Direct & manage the activities of our Engineer, Design & Products groups. Work closely with Quality, Sales, Marketing & Operations teams in bringing new products to market. Work very closely with our domestic and international suppliers to bring products to market that meet product standards on time and on budget.
Manage the Plumbing products business group of Speakman. Including responsibility for P&L, sales strategy, product management and operations of the commercial plumbing channel.
Direct & manage all Speakman operation departments, including Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality Control
