About

Experience in Athletic Administration at the HS level. I was an Athletic Director at 3 high schools in the Sacramento regional metropolitan area. Each experience as an athletic administrator has been enriched from the perspective of working in unique socioeconomic backgrounds that has allowed me to gain valuable intellectual property via work experience at these positions. Athletic programs under my guidance have won several league titles and CIF section championships . Recognized by peers as the 2015-16 CIF Sac-Joaquin Section AD of the Year. Also recognized as the 2009 Sac Bee Softball Coach of the year in the greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Fiscally, annual budgets have enjoyed surplus between 45-75k due to structured successful annual financial plan focusing on clear and concise communication and execution. Managed an athletic staff of close to 100 personnel. This included but was not limited to scheduling, Human Resources, Transportation, payroll and most importantly, coefficient people management. Also, as part of my passion to run my own small business, I’ve been a private RE investor who has acquired mostly SFR properties. Using an efficient management model to gain experience investing and managing residential and multi residential real estate properties in Sacramento and San Luis Obispo Counties. This has led me to believe that having an efficient management skills will allow you to adapt to any challenge. It is my goal to continue to build my small business and one day maybe pursue another position in athletic administration or coaching for the right opportunity.
