I am a Client Centric, Transformational Leader with a strong P&L Management, Risk Management, Governance and ESG, Critical Thinking, Change Agility and Innovation skill set. Other areas of strength include Talent Development, Wealth Management, Distribution, Leadership and Transformation/ Change Management. Now based in Portugal, previously I was living in Asia since 2001, including Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. However, I am a global citizen and see myself helping companies with a global footprint strengthen their governance, ESG and business growth strategies. Extensive experience cutting across a wide range of industry sectors and business functions including country CEO with P&L, Corporate Governance and ESG responsibilities, developing and building distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance, HNW, Group, TM/DM, Digital) and implementing Customer Centric Sales Models by focusing on improving Productivity, Retention, Product Profitability and Customer Penetration. I obtained my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from York University, Toronto, Canada and in 1999 I obtained my CLU designation.
