I am a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in area of semiconductor anticounterfeiting. I've successfully implemented corporate-wide anticounterfeiting policies, Counterfeit Protection Plan (CPP), and global anticounterfeiting training for compliance to AS5553 and DFAR 252.246-7007. I have audited distributors for industry compliance. As the main Interface with law enforcement, I led/ manage internal investigations. I have participated in federal law enforcement raids and seizures and have trained Custom and Border Protection (CBP) agents on semiconductor anticounterfeiting.
