• Developed an AI-powered skilling application enabling technical teams across EMEA to track and accelerate skill development. • Migrated a low-code/no-code app to a scalable code-first architecture using GitHub Copilot. • Leveraged GitHub Copilot to transform manual Power Automate workflows into agent-led flows, reducing average automation build time from ~120 minutes to 20 minutes. • Spearheaded a multi-country testing and feedback program with participants across multiple geographies, including but not limited to Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. • Designed and executed a targeted marketing strategy to drive application adoption across the MEA region. • Designed AI agents using Copilot Studio to enhance and personalize the skilling experience for the technical community.
