About

I grew up in Omsk, Russia, in a professional athlete family. By 16, I won Gymnastics Nationals. Then a critical injury ended my career and forced me to find new meaning. At 18, I came to Canada alone with $1,000 and no English. My first job was cleaning the gym where I used to train as a world-class athlete. After graduation, I landed at Deloitte working on major projects like Aeroplan and Scene. I loved my job until one moment changed everything. 2021: My parents turned 50. I asked for time off to see them in Russia. The answer was no. That crystallized what I'd been feeling for years: I was building someone else's dream while my own life passed me by. I went to Mexico during the pandemic. Met entrepreneurs who'd chosen freedom over safety. Who made good money and lived fully. That's when I decided: I know what I need to do. 2022: Started flipping houses after hours while at Deloitte. Saved capital. 2023: Left to learn how to sell at a startup. When my boss saw a Microsoft Startup Hub post with my name on it, I was fired. 2024: Spent $144,000 trying to find the right idea. Tried: stretching app, crypto payments, feminine hygiene products, modular homes. All failed. I was smart, hardworking, capable and I kept failing. I chased ideas instead of building trust. I looked for shortcuts instead of showing up consistently. Early 2025: I stopped searching for the perfect idea. Used the one free channel I had: LinkedIn. I posted consistently. Authentically. Shared what I was learning, building, struggling with. Grew from 3K to 25K followers while testing every theory on myself first. LinkedIn became an accidental business. I helped one person, then another. Serious entrepreneurs with full marketing teams couldn't get the results I did alone. Trust is the new SEO. April 2025: Launched BrightFollow July 2025: First client Today: Approaching $1M ARR with a full team What I learned from five failures: You don't need the perfect product. You need to be someone people trust. You don't need venture capital. You need sales. You don't need a massive audience. You need the right people to know who you are. Personal branding is an asset you own that converts to money at any time. Today: Through BrightFollow, I help tech founders and CEOs build LinkedIn brands that generate revenue and unforgettable visibility. If you're a tech founder who believes your personal brand should work as hard as you do, let's talk. if you have a commercial/advertising offer, lets talk. 📩 [email protected] 🌐 https://brightfollow.com/
