I’ve led high-stakes teams in emergency departments, mentored medical students and residents, and advocated for healthcare quality across institutions. As the Founder of mccQbank, a growing digital platform for MCCQE1 and NAC OSCE preparation, I’ve combined my frontline clinical insight with an entrepreneurial mindset to improve how international and Canadian medical graduates prepare for licensing in Canada. From adaptive learning tools to live mentorship and OSCE simulations, the platform is designed to level the playing field and support every candidate’s success. My work has been recognized through multiple awards, including excellence in emergency medicine and faculty education.
