Owned production processes for the console version of Stumble Guys across PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Coordinated across multiple departments (engineering, QA, product, LiveOps, marketing) to ensure smooth sprint delivery and platform compliance. Supported release planning, build reviews, and cross-functional standups with a focus on milestone tracking and visibility. Worked closely with external vendors and internal platform teams to manage certification and QA pipelines. Contributed to retrospectives and continuous improvement processes to keep team health and output sustainable.
Led production for the Tech Foundations team, focusing on core systems, SDKs, internal tooling, and stability improvements across Stumble Guys Mobile.
