I am PhD scientist with 15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry and expertise in the area of protein analytics – analytical development and protein characterisation. In my career I have been working with many different molecules - classic monoclonal IgG's (both innovators and biosimilars), bispecific antibodies, antibody fragments, fusion proteins, and conjugate vaccines. In my work I have been providing analytical support, routine and non-routine (problem solving, troubleshooting etc.) to teams at most stages of development – antibody engineering, cell line development, media development, USP development, DSP development, formulation development, stability studies, and QC (validation and tech transfer of methods for GMP manufacturing). My work also involved building and improving analytical capabilities – such as selection and implementation of new equipment and software (chromatography data systems, electronic laboratory notebooks, statistical software packages), and implementation of new methodologies (e.g. DoE, AQbD, Lean Six Sigma). I have been interacting with external parties as service provider (working at CDMO), service recipient/client (selecting, evaluating, and using CRO's and CDMO's), and partner (out-licensing).
