As SDR for Belgium and France, I supported the growth of Thomas International by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and building first contact with mid-market and enterprise HR teams. Key responsibilities: -Qualifying inbound leads from HR, TA and L&D managers -Running outbound prospecting to organisations with 200+ employees -Conducting discovery calls to uncover HR needs and pain points -Positioning Thomas assessments in early-stage conversations -Collaborating with AEs to ensure smooth handover and opportunity progression -Nurturing long-term relationships and generating interest among latent leads
-Sourcing of new linguists and subcontractors -Preparation of price quotations based on client information -Coordination of translation projects, serving as primary contact between translators, internal departments and the end client -Accountable for project status, client relationships and ensuring quality and service always meet expectations
