Shaping the direction of cyber products and services based on market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements (including NIS2 and DORA). Managing high-value product initiatives covering SOC, XDR, OT security, offensive security, network security, and cyber resilience solutions. Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between technology, operations, sales, and partner teams. Supporting business growth through participation in strategic projects, building relationships with technology partners, and representing the organization during industry events and C-level customer meetings. Mentoring and developing the cybersecurity competencies of sales teams.
Responsible for the development and management of a cybersecurity services portfolio including SOC, EDR/XDR, UTM, DDoS protection, security audits, penetration testing, and Security Awareness services. Defining product strategy and long-term cybersecurity service roadmaps. Managing the full product lifecycle - from identifying market and customer needs to implementation and service scaling. Conducting market, competitive, and technology analyses supporting the development of the cybersecurity offering. Closely collaborating with technology, sales, operations, and cybersecurity engineering teams. Supporting presales initiatives and strategic projects for enterprise and public sector clients.
