Designed and implemented automated testing frameworks for enterprise clients and improving deployment confidence.
My responsibilities include writing End-to-end (E2E) and unit tests using Cypress for the front-end and Jest for the back-end all in Javascript. - I review pull requests and write accompanying tests to increase code coverage early in the development process. - I successfully implemented running integration tests in parallel on 3 machines. This reduced test run time of over 730 tests from 15 mins to about 5mins.
- Led a team of 3 QA engineers to produce thoroughly tested software (Native and Web) for our clients. I was also responsible for ensuring quality and stability across a range of products for industry-leading companies including Google, Oxfam, Gigster, University of Pittsburgh and others. - Implemented complete API regression testing on Crrrunchtime (sports video streaming mobile app) by automating API tests for each request using Jest which resulted in minimal downtime in the production environment as we were able to flag errors as soon as they occurred. - Tested the client-facing application for Oxfam called ‘The Good Traveler’ (charity travel platform) according to the number of reported bugs and app stability by implementing automated regression tests. - I also documented test cases on TestRails, documented and assigned bugs on Jira and performed risk analysis by exploring edge cases and running a security check using OWASP ZAP.
- Oversaw adherence to quality standards during the development of the CreditClub PLUS app. The app was responsible for thousands of individuals in remote parts of Nigeria. - Achieved successful cross-platform and compatibility testing on CreditCLub by using device farms (Kobiton) to carry out my tests which resulted in little to no crash reports in Q1, Q2 & Q3 of 2018. - Worked on the TraderMONI USSD app financed by the Federal Republic of Nigeria to provide micro-loans to low-earning individuals in remote parts of the country.
