The Entrepreneurship World Cup is one of the biggest and most diverse startup pitch competitions and support programs of its kind, featuring more than 370,000 entrepreneurs from over 200 countries and offering winners life-changing prizes. tGELF is the Global Organiser and Global Strategic Partner, along with Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at, KSA) and Global Entrepreneurship Network.
Entrepreneurship Sports Generation, tGELF's flagship entrepreneurial movement and tournament, aims to connect, empower and reward conscious entrepreneurs across the globe. Experienced in strategy and implementation, I co-built this initiative to support entrepreneurs globally across multiple tracks with a focus on technology and UN SDGs. Successfully implemented ESG in 2020, 2021, and 2022 with 600,000+ applicants from 190+ countries and prepared a robust business plan and strategy for the next three years. I hired 200+ volunteers/youth champions of change globally to implement the program and secured 80+ MoUs for partnerships and fundraising efforts.
As a strategist and program implementer for LEAD projects, I successfully created and executed annual action plans and budgets for initiatives such as teacher training, curriculum development, and digitization. In my role managing the LEAD Program, I was responsible for fundraising, program management, strategic partnerships, research, monitoring, and evaluation of initiatives across India and 13 other countries in 3000+ schools. I also conducted and published impact assessments for all projects, demonstrating my expertise in program evaluation and data analysis.
I am co-leading Junior Achievement's India initiative, which focuses on building entrepreneurial skills in young adults and has impacted the lives of over 1 million students annually. I also established a corporate volunteering engagement team. I collaborated with leading corporations (Microsoft, FACTSET, VOLVO Financial Services, DELTA, SAGE, MMC and many more) to deliver 60+ workshops to support their corporate volunteering programme on a range of topics, including STEM, social impact, women's empowerment, financial and digital literacy, leadership, coding, Excel, and data analytics.
