Thatโs good and bad news because if we truly want a different economy, different companies, different decisions, and a different world, there is only one way: Start inside. The work begins inside the people leading them. Not more change management. Team development. Outside fixes. But more of what really matters: Trust. Connection. Awareness. Honesty. I'm actively co-creating this new paradigm. Through Conxious. Through the leaders I guide directly on their inner journey. Through the stages, classrooms, retreats I contribute to. I came to this work the long way around. 8 years as a CEO. Two VC-backed health-tech companies in Europe and the US. Two exits. Forbes 30 Under 30. Top 100 Female Founders in Europe. I know what it takes to build under high pressure. And equally, I know what it costs. My burnout in 2018 became the most important turning point of my career. What followed: years of studying with leading experts worldwide โ somatics, neurobiology, IFS, trauma-informed breathwork, systemic work, ancient wisdom. Living in ashrams in India and Mexico. Sitting in silence for 17 days in a row, multiple times. Slowly, finding the answers my old systems never could give me. One of them: The answer was never performance OR aliveness. It was always both. Today I work at the edge where the next paradigm of leadership is being shaped. With founders, CEOs, and investors at the point where strategy stops working and something deeper has to come. Beyond my own practice, I'm co-creating Conxious, a curated circle of founders, investors, leaders, visionaries, and artists building what the next chapter of business actually requires.
