• Full time office Administration support • Order and maintain office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings • Maintain complete list of office supplies and inventory • Handling Petty Cash and payments executed through company credit cards. • Submit and reconcile expense reports to accounts dept every month. • Organize travel arrangements for MD & Senior Managers. • Meet & greet along with assisting Expatriates and visitors • Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries • Supervising the work of subordinates and ensure that standards are maintained in both G.H. and office. • Maintain up-to-date employee attendance record. • Collecting & reconciling employee’s mobile and travel reimbursements data and ensuring the same has been claimed as per the monthly assigned budget. • Handling day to day repairs and maintenance of both company guest house and office. • Confirm restaurant reservations for senior staff and Schedule in-house and external events • Maintain Over Time and assign daily duties to office drivers. • Ensuring timely renewal of Lease agreement of guest house / vendor’s agreement
